Material angle division

From the angle of the damping material, the shock absorbers mainly have two kinds of hydraulic and inflatable, and a variable damping shock absorber.


Hydraulic type

The hydraulic shock absorber is widely used in the vehicle suspension system. The principle is that when the frame and vehicle bridge are moving relative to each other and the piston moves back and forth in the cylinder of the shock absorber, the oil in the absorber shell will flow again from the inner cavity through some narrow pores into the other inner cavity. At this point, the friction between the liquid and the inner wall and the internal friction of the liquid molecules form the damping force of the vibration.


Inflatable

The structure is characterized by a floating piston in the lower part of the cylinder, which is filled with high pressure nitrogen in a closed air chamber formed by a floating piston and one end of the cylinder. The floating piston is equipped with a large section O sealing ring, which separates the oil and gas completely. The working piston is equipped with a compression valve and an extension valve that changes the section area of the channel with its speed of motion. When the wheels are beating up and down, the working piston of the shock absorber moves reciprocally in the oil, resulting in an oil pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the working piston, and the pressure oil pushes the compression valve and the extension valve back and forth. The vibration attenuation is caused by the larger damping force of the valve on the pressure oil.
